Structure of the building

The current structure, built using high-quality Lusso Stone, boasts architectural qualities, exhibiting a well-composed design with intricate detailing. However, the ground floor can be insular to its surroundings and its energy performance falls short of desired standards. The office space is also in need of a significant upgrade to ensure it can attract a tenant like Deutsche Bank.
Our intention is to preserve and enhance the existing building, offering upgraded, top-tier office space that prioritises improved carbon efficiency while safeguarding the architectural significance of the original structure and facade.

Our plans have now been validated by the City of London Corporation and can be viewed in full on the City’s planning portal here (Reference: 23/01270/FULMAJ).
